Accounting & Administrative Associate (m/f/d)

Your mission

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Associate, ideally in or near Ulm, to support our financial operations and administrative processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire pre-accounting workflow, including the collection and approval of invoices,  ensuring smooth administrative workflows within the company: 

  • Supplier Invoice Management: Oversee the internal collection process and upload of supplier invoices, perform formal invoice checks and coordinate feedback with suppliers.
  • Accounting Support: Upload and support the booking of invoices in DATEV, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Cost Allocation & Budget Coordination: Manage the allocation cost centers , and the approval with budget owners,  working closely with budget owners to maintain financial transparency.
  • Customer Invoicing: support the handling and dunning process of customer invoices
  • Payment & Virtual Credit Cards: Handle virtual credit card processes as well as employees reimbursement and ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Reporting & Statistics: Prepare relevant financial statistics and reports to support decision-making.
  • Contract Management: Maintain and oversee contract documentation and renewals and support on the implementation of a suitable Contract Management tool.
Your profile
  • Completed commercial or accounting training
  • Experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Familiarity with DATEV or similar accounting systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and German

NVision is developing fast, robust and easy-to-use hyperpolarization technology for preclinical and clinical research in our POLARIS product line. Those devices are placed close to an MRI scanner in a research or clinical environment to produce hyperpolarized contrast agents on demand in a fast, fully-automated, multi-step chemical process. Key steps of the process contain fluidic transport across multiple vessels and chemical mixing and separation processes in fully-reuseable or single-use disposable fluid paths. We develop our commercial products jointly with external design and manufacturing partners and the process development as well as the design and manufacturing of prototypes is done entirely in-house.
