Cost Modeling & Decision Support
- Build and maintain advanced multi-variable cost models in Google Sheets.
- Analyze cost structures across manufacturing, logistics, and sourcing to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop sourcing comparisons, simulations, and return-on-investment (ROI) projections to guide procurement and strategic planning.
- Actively monitor commodity markets to predict future material cost changes and support material cost forecasting.
- Support and optimize logistics workflows from supplier delivery through internal distribution and external deployments.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and project teams to ensure operational transparency, traceability, and material availability.
- Support in identifying and implementing logistics improvements related to route planning, delivery frequency, and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to supplier scouting, qualification, Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, and price negotiations.
- Draft and refine purchasing strategies that balance cost, quality, and lead time requirements.
- Support the development and coordination of the purchasing team, including training and process improvements.

- In-House Manufacturing Support: Coordinate material needs, monitor inventory levels, and contribute to the optimization of manual production steps such as pipetting and vial filling.
- IT Systems Deployment: Take part in the rollout and testing of internal systems (e.g., ERP, logistics tools), support training efforts, and help gather user feedback.
- Infrastructure & Facility Coordination: Assist in managing building-related needs such as space planning, small-scale renovations, maintenance coordination, and basic technical issue solving
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development: Writing and maintaining formal process documents.
- Process Mapping through visually charting workflows to find bottlenecks.
